Well I'm 27, and I've been living as a bachelor in Manhattan for a few years now, and I figured with how popular blogging is that I could start my own site about being a single guy in the new york dating scene (fuck I hate terms like that). So here's a little bit about me...

I work for a pretty big web design firm in sales... Sounds like a boring job but it's actually pretty cool, most of our clients are either clothing labels or restaurant chains, and we have two music labels as well so we get to design each artists website. No, I am not allowed to drop names.

I live in Chelsea. I share a townhouse with a buddy and we've lived here a couple years (yes we're both straight, lol). I've been thinking of checking out the Battery Park area as that seems a little quieter and a little more my style, but we'll see.

My last long term relationship was over five years ago, and since then I've had a couple of girlfriends here and there but nothing that materialized into anything meaningful. My goal I guess is to keep enjoying single life until my thirties, and then think about settling down... Hopefully by reading this blog I will help any guys in a similar situation with meeting women!
