Spanish girls like sushi too

So I have not heard back from Sharon yet and I am pretty pissed off about that even thought things are going well. I really thought she was going to be the one sigh. Anyhoo, I have been chatting with this Spanish girl named Maria for some time now and she expressed that she loves sushi so I told her I would take her to an awesome place. I searched online and thanks to this nice sushi review guide I found, I was able to select Jewel Bako in the East Village to take her to.

The place was amazing and was definitely some of the best sushi I have ever had. Yes it was expensive but I was prepared for that going in and we didn't drink any alcohol while we were there so the bill wasn't too bad. The interior was amazing, the service was amazing and I would definitely go back.

After dinner I decided to switch gears and took her to 11th Street Bar which is an Irish Pub. We had some beers and just chilled and talked for a long while. Turns out that she is 28 years old and she has a 7 year old daughter. I acted like having a kid wasn't a big deal but in my head I was disappointed and unsure if I could handle that kind of "baggage". SHe was definitely mature for her age, but I guess having a kid young will do that to you. She said the father was a deadbeat and was living in Madrid.

She told me she would like to have more kids in the future which again is something I am not sure I want. She was very attractive, and yet very typical looking for a latin woman. I could tell she was definitely attracted to me but she also came across as a very cautious girl and I was thinking that I could probably score with this girl but I wasn't sure if that would open a can of worms... is this the kind of girl I really want?

I took her home, we exchanged a brief kiss and I told her I would talk to her online again soon.
